TERMS & CONDITIONS
For the purpose of the 57 Friends With Benefits policy, a competing website is defined as a website that is not the 57 Hotel website, 57hotel.com.au. The following conditions must apply in the comparison between the 57 Hotel website and the competing website: same Hotel, same room type, the same period of stay, same advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any), and same cancellation and amendment policies. Rate displayed must be bookable at time of comparison with the capacity to send instantaneous official hotel confirmation message to the customer.
Claims must be submitted via email and must be received prior to or within 24 hours of the confirmation of your booking. Claimants must provide clear screenshots of the competing websites showing the competing room rate, with the same hotel name, room type, and booking date before a claim procedure begins. Claims without the required documentation as specified above will be classified as invalid.
The 57 Friends With Benefits policy is not applicable if the price difference is due to, but not limited to, currency exchange rate fluctuations or rounding applied on the competing website. Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
57 Hotel reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot verify the availability of a competing price at the time it processes the claim. The 57 Friends With Benefits offer to match the competing price with a free room upgrade is applicable only for the length of stay and room nights originally requested and excludes taxes, gratuities and any other charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay. Furthermore, the free room upgrade remains subject to availability.
Once confirmed, The 57 Friends With Benefits reservation is non-refundable and non-cancellable. 57 Hotel has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the competing price is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, 57 Hotel’s decision is final. The terms of the 57 Friends With Benefits policy are subject to change or revocation at any time.
57 Friends With Benefits policy is not applicable for the following: any private, packaged or promotional rates available to the public; unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by 57 Hotel; rates that are not available to the general public, which include but are not limited to: group, government, gong stay or any other specially negotiated rates; any rates displayed on privately downloaded mobile or web apps; any rates available on opaque or auction websites; any rates requiring membership; any rate difference resulting from loyalty programs, private membership privilege, or rewards schemes; any organizations with exclusive rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public; rates offered on last minute or late check-in portals, apps or websites; rates offered only through mobile platforms or mobile versions of online travel agent sites; special online travel agents reward program rates.
